
BANANA CHOCOLATE CUPS
Another way to bake a delicious banana bread! These banana cups are so fluffy and the perfect dessert for your next coffee date.
Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 2 mashed bananas
- 120 ml maple syrup
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp plantbased milk
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 4 tbsp chopped nuts
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 75 g dark chocolate drops
For the topping:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- nuts
Instructions
- First mix all liquid ingredients in a bowl.
- Then add all remaining ingredients and form a fluffy dough.
- Bake in 12 muffin forms for 20 min at 180 degrees. Let them cool down.
- Melt the dark chocolate and cover the muffins half in the chocolate and garnish with a nut.
- Chill for 1 hour and enjoy!
