BANANA CHOCOLATE CUPS

Another way to bake a delicious banana bread! These banana cups are so fluffy and the perfect dessert for your next coffee date.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g flour
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 120 ml maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp plantbased milk
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 4 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 75 g dark chocolate drops

For the topping:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • nuts

Instructions
 

  • First mix all liquid ingredients in a bowl.
  • Then add all remaining ingredients and form a fluffy dough.
  • Bake in 12 muffin forms for 20 min at 180 degrees. Let them cool down.
  • Melt the dark chocolate and cover the muffins half in the chocolate and garnish with a nut.
  • Chill for 1 hour and enjoy!
