Ingredients
- 2 eggplants
- 500 ml strained tomatoes
- Italian herbs
- vegan grated cheese
Instructions
- Slice the eggplants lengthwise.
- Season the strained tomatoes with Italian herbs to taste.
- In a baking dish, alternate strained tomatoes and eggplant slices, starting and ending with strained tomatoes.
- Garnish with grated cheese and put some cheese between the eggplant slices if needed. Then it will be creamier!
- Best to let stand overnight in the refrigerator, but you can also prepare it directly.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 min and enjoy!
