VEGANE ONE POT LASAGNE

We love simple and delicious recipes and this one is too good 🤤It’s perfect to prepare in advance, so all you have to do is warm it up in the oven for dinner. A lasagna without a lot of chi chi, just our taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 carrots
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 180 g vegan minced
  • 1 l strained tomatoes
  • 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • 250 g lasagna plates
  • vegan creme fraiche
  • vegan grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté them in a little oil in a casserole.
  • Add the vegan mince and deglaze with strained tomatoes.
  • Break the lasagna plates into small pieces and fold in. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with creme fraiche and cheese and bake in the oven for about 15min at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
