VEGANE ONE POT LASAGNE
We love simple and delicious recipes and this one is too good 🤤It’s perfect to prepare in advance, so all you have to do is warm it up in the oven for dinner. A lasagna without a lot of chi chi, just our taste.
Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 180 g vegan minced
- 1 l strained tomatoes
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 250 g lasagna plates
- vegan creme fraiche
- vegan grated cheese
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces and sauté them in a little oil in a casserole.
- Add the vegan mince and deglaze with strained tomatoes.
- Break the lasagna plates into small pieces and fold in. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with creme fraiche and cheese and bake in the oven for about 15min at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
